Foundation of AKC was laid by Ashok Agarwal in the year 1980 as authorized Dealership of Escorts Tractors and today AKC Is a group of automobile dealerships and they are eminently present across Rohilkhand region. Catering there services as Authorized Dealers of Exciting Bajaj Motorcycles, Eco Friendly Bajaj Commercial Vehicles , Fluidicly Designed Hyundai Cars, Robust Ashok Leyland Trucks n Buses and Powerful KTM Bikes.

In 1980, Our Respected Chairman sir Mr. Ashok Agarwal laid the foundation of AKC Group with a vision to serve the masses with better sales and service process. Our Chairman Sir started as a dealer of Escorts and Ford Tractors at Shahjahanpur. Now  the AKC Group is under the command of  Mr. Alpit Agarwal and Mr. Shivam  Agarwal, the two very dynamic sons of our respected Chairman sir.

We entered Bareilly in the year 2006 with Bajaj Auto, (Commercial Vehicles) and since then we expanded ourselves and now we are the authorized dealership of Hyundai Motor India Limited and TATA Motors Limited (Commercial Vehicles).

We are also the authorized dealer of KTM, an Austrian motorcycle manufacturer owned by KTM industries and Indian manufacturer Bajaj Auto.

AKC Group has its presence in Bareilly, Shahajahanpur, Pilibhit, Lakhimpur, Moradabad, Rampur and Badaun.

Caring for the mother nature and her resources has also been our first priority, keeping this in mind our premises make use of “Rain Water Harvesting”, ensuring that the rain water does not get wasted.

We also have an Automatic setup for washing the cars, it ensures that right amount of water is being used throughout the washing process, thus avoiding water wastage.

Customer service is all about needs and expectations. Understanding customer needs correctly will help anticipate and exceed customer expectations.

We believe that the first and most important step to delivering excellent customer service is to realise that it is a never-ending  process of continuous improvement.

A good customer satisfaction cannot be achieved without properly trained mechanics and precision tools, and to cater the same we have properly equipped workshops and mechanics.

We have mobile service vans in Tata and Bajaj, and a two wheeler in Hyundai that facilitates the customer, in case the customer faces a breakdown of his vehicle.

As we value our customers and their time, we have time slots for services. These time slots ensure smooth operation and also helps to manage the load on the technicians.

We also offers “happy hours” for a certain time frame for example it could be after 4 o’ clock, and the special feature of these hours is that we provide discount in these hours.

We never compromise on the availability of spare parts be it of Hyundai, Tata or Bajaj. Our spare stores are well organised consisting of  shelfes kept on which are the various spares.
